Meet The Team Tuesday

Our newest ‘Meet the Team Tuesday’ introduces Richard, although you might have met him already as a part of our team at DC Space & Storage Solutions!

Today, he offers some insight into his role, his favourite elements of working at DC, as well as some fun facts. Enjoy!

What is your role and what does it consist of?

My role is Racking installer, it involves working in a team and carrying out racking repairs, new installs of pallet racking, cantilever, shelving, mezzanine floors etc.

What’s your favourite part of your role?

My favourite part of the role so far is that it is very hands on and no two days are the same, we see many different environments and meet a lot of people.

What do you like to do when you’re not at DC?

While I'm not at work I like to go for long walks with my wife and dog and normally try to find a coffee shop.. unless the F1 is on, in which case you would find me firmly glued to the sofa.

What is your food of choice?

I don't think you can beat a good roast dinner!

What do you like most about DC as a company?

I like how friendly everyone is, the atmosphere at work is really good and everyone is able to maintain a good working relationship while getting the job done to a high standard.
