Today, we introduce a member of our team, Charlton, where he offers some insight into his role, his favourite elements of working at DC, as well as some fun facts!

Charlton Ellis

What is your role and what does it consist of?

I am the Sales & Marketing Manager here at DC and I manage our great Sales & Marketing Teams and support them with all of the sales activity that goes on here as well as regularly reporting to the Directors on our successes and challenges.

What’s your favourite part of your role?

The best part of my role is meeting new customers. Every day I get to meet great people & organisations around the UK. I also really enjoy being able to collaborate with the teams about the strategies, responses and plans in place to ensure that the level of our customer service and engagement continues to improve.

What do you like to do when you’re not at DC?

When I’m not working, I enjoy travelling and meeting new people. I recently went to Argentina which fulfilled a dream, so now on to the next country!

What is your food of choice?

If I had to pick, I think it would be either an Indian Meal or Barbecued Steak.

What do you like most about DC as a company?

The best thing about DC is its people. The team of people that we have here is so crucial to our success, and this is witness to the culture we maintain – competitive, yet friendly. Without the people, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
