What is Operation 30x?
Operation 30x is our program for productive change within your industrial space. Together with you we take an eagle eye view of your layout and processes from 30,000 foot high. It is made up of three work packages covering each stage of change to ensure that every change we suggest is made with confidence, and assurance.
Work packages 1 & 2 cover the first section of work and includes an option to carry out some improvement activities in package 3, at the end of them (assuming you take all three), we leave you with a workable plan for the layout of your new-found site.
